These Terms apply to your use of the Villatiderest website and any reservation, service or experience arranged through it.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or using this website you accept these Terms. If you disagree, please refrain from using the site.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort welcome adult guests aged 18 and over only. By confirming your age on the entry page you declare that you meet this requirement. Photo identification may be requested upon arrival.

3. Reservations and payment

• All bookings depend on availability and written confirmation.
• Rates are shown in EUR and include statutory VAT where applicable; city tax and gratuities may apply separately.
• A valid credit card is needed to guarantee a reservation. Full settlement occurs at checkout unless otherwise arranged.

4. Cancellation

Bookings may be cancelled without charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Within fourteen days the first night is billed; no-shows incur the full stay charge. Best Available Rates may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. We strongly advise travel insurance.

5. Conduct of guests

We may refuse service or end a stay if a guest threatens staff or fellow guests, damages property, breaches gaming rules, or otherwise violates reasonable standards of conduct.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our premises is governed by International law and offered exclusively to guests aged 18 and over. We support responsible gaming; self-exclusion and spending limits may be arranged with our gaming host at any time.

7. Liability

We exercise reasonable care to maintain a safe environment. Liability is capped to the fullest extent permitted by law. Valuables not placed in the in-room or hotel safe are not our responsibility.

8. Intellectual property

All website content (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Villatiderest or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property legislation.

9. External links

This site may link to third-party websites. We bear no responsibility for their content or practices.

10. Governing law

These Terms are subject to the law of International. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
